The Song Management System is a web-based platform designed to organize musical resources while supporting both administrative control and standard user interaction. The system includes two roles: Admin and User. The Admin has full management capabilities, including adding new songs to the library, updating song information, and removing songs when necessary. In addition, Admin users can create and manage calendar events to schedule performances, rehearsals, or music-related activities. Each event offers a personalized experience for regular users by allowing them to attach their own private notes to the event, helping them keep track of reminders or performance details that only they can see. Users can browse through songs, mark their favorite ones for quick access later, and interact with a well-organized media layout for every song. Each song entry contains essential resources such as a PDF for the lyrics and chords, an MP3 recording for listening and practice, and an image or album cover for easy visual recognition. The system is designed to streamline song preparation and event organization in a way that is efficient and user-friendly. For security reasons, access to the Admin account is restricted—please contact us if you need permission to view that part of the system.
